# In your existing database there's revenue you haven't picked up yet

Most old leads end up buying eventually, just not always from you. With a smart reactivation campaign on your existing database you often earn more than with the same euros in new ads.

## Who is this for?

Three typical situations where this automation pays for itself within months.
01
### Old CRM leads

Quotes that were sent but never closed. A good hook, new pricing, proven case, a concrete invitation, brings a portion of this list back to the table.
02
### Lapsed customers

People who once bought from you and then went quiet. Often not from dissatisfaction but from inertia, a relevant product or service at the right time reactivates the contact.
03
### Newsletter subscribers who never bought

A warm audience that reads your content but never purchased. A specific trigger (offer, new service, direct invitation) can push this segment over the line.
02
## What you gain

### One-off campaign, no subscription

You pay once for the setup and the campaign. Afterwards you have a cleaned database and a proven template for whenever you want to run it again.

### Uses what you already have

No buying new leads, no retesting ads. We extract value from the contacts already in your database, often more than expected.

### Higher conversion than cold leads

These people already know you. A relevant hook at the right moment often outperforms a cold-outbound approach significantly.

### Insight into your database

After the campaign you know which segments are most valuable, who's still open to contact, and who's truly gone, useful for every future campaign.
03
## How we build it

From first call to live in production. Transparent, predictable, no surprises.
01
### Database audit

Which segments are in your file, what's still usable, which data is outdated or incorrect? We clean and validate before anything gets sent.
02
### Hooks per segment

Why would old leads or lapsed customers respond right now? A new service, a proven case, a time-limited offer, a relevant industry update, per segment we pick what has the best chance.
03
### Campaign + warming

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly on your domain, build the sequence, and send in batches to protect deliverability.
04
### Qualify responses

Replies are sorted into hot / warm / cold and the relevant ones go straight to you or your sales team, so no interest slips through.

## Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum database size? Not really a hard minimum. Even with a few hundred contacts a reactivation campaign can pay off, especially if your deal value is high. Below 100 contacts it gets expensive per lead; a different approach usually makes more sense then. What if my database is in Excel instead of a CRM?Fine. We import the Excel, deduplicate, validate email addresses, and use it as the basis. Afterwards you can choose to stay in Excel or move to a CRM, we can do both. How do we prevent the emails from landing in spam?By setting up SPF/DKIM/DMARC properly on your domain, cleaning the database of hard bounces first, and sending the campaign in batches (for example 200 per day in the first week). This builds reputation gradually and keeps inbox placement high. How long does such a reactivation campaign take?On average 2-4 weeks from start to finish. The first week is setup and warming, then the campaign itself runs in 3-5 touches, with a last-chance email at the end.Can I keep doing reactivations myself afterwards, or is this one-off?This is designed as a one-off campaign, the infrastructure (cleaned database, warmed-up domain, templates) stays in place of course. If you want to keep reactivating leads continuously, a follow-up sequence is often a better fit.
## Goes well with this

### Follow-Up Sequences

80% of B2B deals close only after multiple touches. 44% of salespeople stop after one follow-up. A good sequence catches every lead that wasn't ready to buy immediately.

### Speed-to-Lead

The business that responds first wins the deal. The average response time in the Netherlands is over a day. We make it 60 seconds, without your team lifting a finger.
