Why build custom instead of using an existing SaaS tool?Very often an existing tool is the better choice, and we&#x27;ll advise that honestly. Custom is interesting when you have a specific workflow no standard package covers, or when you want to link several existing tools that don&#x27;t talk to each other. Then we build exactly the bridge you need.Will I be dependent on you for every change?No. We build as much as possible in widely supported tools like n8n and ship documentation, so you can continue internally or with another party. You can come to us for big changes, but small tweaks don&#x27;t require it.What if a tool in my stack changes or disappears?That&#x27;s exactly why we build modularly. If your CRM changes, you only reconfigure that one integration, not the whole workflow. In the design phase we actively think about single points of failure.How do I know whether my process is a good fit?If it&#x27;s repetitive, runs on clear rules and takes time, it&#x27;s often a good candidate. When there are many exceptions or human judgement is needed, we keep that step human and automate around it. A short intake makes this clear quickly.How much time do I have to put in myself?A few hours during intake and design, and then mostly during testing. We do the build. For a mid-sized automation you usually end up around 3-5 hours of your own time, spread over 2-3 weeks.
