We always give an honest estimate up front.Does this work on a site you didn&#x27;t build?It can, but we prefer to implement it on a site we built ourselves. There we can wire it up cleanly without unexpected friction. On an existing third-party site it&#x27;s usually more work, and the price will be higher than the €500 base.What if a lead submits twice?The workflow detects duplicates by email or phone and updates the existing CRM record instead of creating a new one. So your leads don&#x27;t get the same email twice either.Can WhatsApp also be a reply channel?Yes, as an extra channel via the WhatsApp Business API. We&#x27;d build that in separately; it&#x27;s not part of the base workflow by default.
